Any references to HighLevel® on this Site are made solely to describe the platform we support and do not imply any ownership, employment, or direct affiliation with HighLevel, Inc.

The HighLevel® platform itself is owned and operated by HighLevel, Inc. Your use of the HighLevel® platform is subject to HighLevel, Inc.'s own terms of service and policies.

All other content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software created by SaashighLevel, is the property of SaashighLevel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaashighLevel and its operator Zain Makhdoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, bugs, or service disruptions related to the HighLevel® platform itself, as it is owned and operated independently by HighLevel, Inc.
